Mashroom Soup

Ingredents : 180 gram canned mashrooms, thinly sliced, 2tbsp oil for souting mashrooms, 3 cups vegitable stock, 1 tspb salt, 1 tspb soya souce croutons for garnishing.

Method :

Heat oil in soucepan and saute mushrooms, for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Bring to boil vegitable stock. add mashrooms, salt and soya souce. Boil again for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot, adding croutons to the soup.
